Our preference is to work closely with clients to understand the setting in which a piece will be placed and the function it needs to perform. Cliff will visit with a sketchpad under his arm, some samples of alternative timbers and a tape measure to discuss the brief.

Budgets, styles, scale, materials and finishes can all be discussed.

Clients are presented with preliminary ideas, a cost and time scale. We require a 50% deposit at this stage. The balance is payable on completion.
